Expect a thorough body scrub to buff off dead skin with your choice of passion fruit or coconut. Then, experience two aromatic body oils and decide which one you’d like to finish with in a luxurious oil application followed by coconut body butter to deeply nourish and lock in hydration for optimally smooth skin. Abhyanga Body Therapy Warm Oil BODY THERAPY
Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic full-body oleation therapy that offers rejuvenating benefits to the skin, body and mind. Warm, herbalized oil is lightly massaged into the skin, bringing deep nourishment to the tissue while soothing, fluid strokes stimulate circulation, lymphatic flow and prana energy throughout the body. It has a calming effect on the nervous system and instills a feeling of stability, warmth, and comfort. Includes scalp massage, so clients should be prepared to leave with oil in their hair. It is recommended to leave the oil on for a while, so we recommend bringing a hair tie or hat to wear home.

After a luxurious Abhyanga body oleation, a continual stream of warm, herbalized sesame oil is poured over the third eye and forehead to instill deep relaxation and a blissful, meditative state of mind. The treatment of Shirodhara is said to synchronize alpha brain waves, stimulate circulation, improve mental clarity, release toxins, stress, and tension, and is a traditional therapy for insomnia, memory loss, and mental tensions such as anxiety, worry, depression, and exhaustion.
